TWAIN Chef Tim Graham and Sommelier Rebekah Graham are going full orchard, with special menu items (including a Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider Apple Lees-brined Goat!), cider-based cocktails, and a Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider tap takeover.
