Dry - 7.8% ABV
Dabinett and Spitzenberg apples sing harmoniously amidst aromas of warm apricot, maraschino cherry and green apple. Fruit-forward with delicate body and fresh acid, rounded out by smooth, integrated tannin. Blend of Dabinett and Esopus Spitzenberg cider apple varieties from Dietrich Orchards, Conklin, MI.
STORMALONG CIDER - GOLDEN RUSSET & FRIENDS
Medium - 6.9% ABV
Golden Russet is an American heirloom apple prized by cider makers for its honeysuckle sweetness and abundant fruity acids. Those used in this cider are blended with a few "friendly" apples that provide tannic structure. Notes of limestone on the nose, white peach, toffee and baking spice on the palate. Blend of Golden Russet, Esopus Spitzenburg, Somerset, Redstreak, and Yarlington Mill apples grown at Sunrise Orchards, Cornwall, VT.
